Welcome to Equanimity, a chatbot that conducts surveys to measure employee engagement and wellbeing and relays the insight to a dashboard. Equanimity is owned and operated by Equanimity Analytics, an LLC registered in Montreal, Quebec. By using Equanimity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you must not use Equanimity.
User eligibility and responsibilities
Equanimity is intended for use by employees of Equanimity Analytics or its affiliates, partners, or clients. You must be at least 18 years old to use Equanimity. We do not warrant that Equanimity, its content, or its data will be accurate, reliable, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that they will meet your expectations or requirements. You use Equanimity, its content, and its data at your own risk and discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or losses arising from or relating to your use of Equanimity, its content, or its data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada and without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to Equanimity, its content, or its data, or these Terms of Service, will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
